📋 Description
• We are searching for a marketing campaign expert with a strong understanding of web3 and DeFi. • As a Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll own marketing for Polygon DeFi, driving high-impact campaigns. • You’ll manage the campaign funnel, targeting users and developers, and build a reputation for impactful campaigns. • The ideal candidate is DeFi obsessed, a liquidity maxi and yield scouting wizard.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience (3+ years) in brand marketing or go-to-market roles in web3, preferably with a focus on DeFi. • Deep understanding of DeFi ecosystems and a demonstrated ability to create impactful campaigns that engage DeFi developers and users. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Bonus: Experience managing campaigns, partner marketing, paid acquisition, or brand marketing for web3 protocols or DeFi projects.
