• As the Head of Design at Polygon Labs, you will lead a talented design team creating impactful designs. • Your strategic vision will guide the design process ensuring solutions align with blockchain accessibility. • You’ll develop and execute design strategies that resonate with the crypto community and developers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in design, with a proven track record of 3 years in a leadership role • A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise, including experience with web and mobile applications. • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. • Deep understanding of user experience principles (especially as applied to the developer community), visual design, and branding within the tech or blockchain sector. • Ability to think strategically and drive design initiatives that align with business objectives.
