• Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports Pompa Program’s growth objectives and mission. • Implement a scalable HR playbook to grow the company from 500 to 2,500+ team members. • Build and oversee sub-departments including but not limited to: HRBP, Learning and Development, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, and HR Operations. • Foster a strong, mission-driven company culture that aligns with our faith-based values and belief in the body’s ability to heal itself. • Lead organizational change initiatives to support rapid growth and ensure effective communication and implementation of new processes. • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including international HR laws, and manage HR-related risks. • Develop and implement performance management systems that drive high performance and support career development. • Create and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role. • Proven experience in scaling HR functions in a high-growth company from 500 to 2,500+ employees. • Demonstrated success in building and managing HR sub-departments such as HRBP, Learning and Development, and Total Rewards. • Extensive knowledge and experience with HR laws and compliance on an international level. • Strong alignment with Pompa Program’s mission and values, and a passion for health and wellness. • Ability to think strategically and execute operationally with a hands-on approach. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
