Description

• Develop and manage new and low spend accounts • Identify new opportunities for customer relations and develop existing accounts • Provide relevant and accurate information to customers • Help maintain customer loyalty to Portwest • Provide pricing and quotes • Offer new and existing products, completing visit reports • Engage in customer development to identify opportunities for growth • Strive to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets

Requirements

• 1-3 years' Inside sales/customer service/support experience • Fluency in Dutch and English • Degree in business or similar related field • Interest in or knowledge of PPE and workwear industry is an advantage but not essential • Good decision-making skills and be customer focused • Good organizational skills and a team player • Ability to multi-task and be a good problem solver • PC Literate
