📋 Description

• PosiGen Developer, LLC is committed to delivering the promise of “Solar for All”. • Seeking a dedicated and experienced attorney to join our legal department. • Provide exceptional legal and business support. • Collaborate with outside counsel and represent the business in administrative proceedings and litigation. • Develop and implement strategies to resolve employment disputes effectively and efficiently. • Conduct training sessions for clients on employment law topics and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in employment law. • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. • Licensed in at least one state (active and in good standing). • 5+ years of relevant law firm and/or in-house experience. • Experience in residential solar, renewables, and/or energy matters preferred. • An understanding of several relevant areas of law applicable to the business including, without limitation, employment and litigation matters. • Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
