Description

• Maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, with a specific focus on New Home partnerships, to grow their volume with PosiGen in a compliant manner • Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate performance, assess potential, identify operational and business risks, and deliver insights to all stakeholders • Develop a strategy to grow our Strategic Accounts & New Homes footprint and work with various stakeholders across PosiGen to execute • Travel within your territory to meet clients one-on-one • Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers • Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential growth within PosiGen • Be accountable for the success of your assigned accounts, including providing reports to leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities • Collaborate cross-functionally to support the needs of your assigned accounts and PosiGen • Forecast sales, installations, and closes (monthly & quarterly) within your assigned accounts and report trends to leadership • Other duties as assigned by the leader

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field preferred • Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous • At least 4 years of experience in a business-to-business sales-related role with previous experience cold-calling and qualifying leads • 5+ years of experience in the Residential Solar Industry, with New Homes experience as a plus • 2+ years of experience supporting a diversity of business model partnership structures and ecosystem players • Experience supporting or selling solar financing options is strongly preferred • Demonstrated commitment to financial inclusion, social justice, and/or access to clean energy
