β’ Maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, with a specific focus on New Home partnerships, to grow their volume with PosiGen in a compliant manner β’ Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate performance, assess potential, identify operational and business risks, and deliver insights to all stakeholders β’ Develop a strategy to grow our Strategic Accounts & New Homes footprint and work with various stakeholders across PosiGen to execute β’ Travel within your territory to meet clients one-on-one β’ Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers β’ Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential growth within PosiGen β’ Be accountable for the success of your assigned accounts, including providing reports to leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities β’ Collaborate cross-functionally to support the needs of your assigned accounts and PosiGen β’ Forecast sales, installations, and closes (monthly & quarterly) within your assigned accounts and report trends to leadership β’ Other duties as assigned by the leader
β’ A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field preferred β’ Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous β’ At least 4 years of experience in a business-to-business sales-related role with previous experience cold-calling and qualifying leads β’ 5+ years of experience in the Residential Solar Industry, with New Homes experience as a plus β’ 2+ years of experience supporting a diversity of business model partnership structures and ecosystem players β’ Experience supporting or selling solar financing options is strongly preferred β’ Demonstrated commitment to financial inclusion, social justice, and/or access to clean energy
