Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on roles in sales, customer success, or marketing, preferably at SaaS companies. • Detail-oriented with a knack for moving quickly without missing critical details. • Proven track record of delivering exceptional candidate experiences, fostering trust, and ensuring transparency. • Adept at filling roles quickly and effectively, balancing urgency with thoughtful decision-making. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, able to partner seamlessly with hiring managers and other stakeholders. • Capable of building and executing innovative hiring strategies tailored to Postman’s unique needs. • Thrives in dynamic, ambiguous environments and excels at prioritizing and pivoting as needed.
