🎯 Requirements

• Leadership and Direction: Develop and execute a clear strategic vision for the product engineering department, aligning team efforts with the company’s product goals and customer needs. • Team Management and Development: Directly manage a team of 20 engineers and 1-2 EMs, fostering an environment of high autonomy and ownership. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional projects that require coordination between engineering, product, design, and other departments. • Process and System Optimization: Design and implement efficient systems and processes to manage consistent product delivery and high performance across the engineering team. • Technical Advocacy and Decision-Making: Advocate for necessary technical work that supports the product’s growth and stability.
