Description

• You will join our client-facing teams to primarily solution, but also design and deliver leadership development programs in large, global organizations. • You will be supporting transformational journeys that enable top teams and leaders at all levels to harness the full potential of their mind and lead with both humanity and performance. • A dedicated contemplative practice is an important requirement to fit our organizational culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years in professional services or professional training and coaching, with proven expertise in at least 2 of the following domains: Commercial Leadership, Leadership Development or Strategy Consulting. • Extensive personal meditation practice in excess of 5 years. • Bachelor’s degree; Advanced degree preferred. • Self-starter with an exceptional sense of ownership, ability to work in scale-up organization and to thrive in high-pressure client situations. • Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment and to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization. • Exceptional time and project management skills with ability to manage multiple work-streams with operational discipline. • Ability to work in US Eastern Time zone.
