Description

• Lead and develop financial reporting and operational accounting teams • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements • Conduct financial analysis and prepare annual budgets and forecasts • Manage the claims management and accounts receivable processes • Coordinate audits and prepare financial statements

Requirements

• 7 or more years of experience in relevant field • Bachelor's degree required • Leadership experience in property and casualty insurance industry • Working knowledge of reinsurance contracts and accounting implications • Proficient in claim data and actuarial analyses • Experience in public accounting • Certified Public Accountant preferred • Prior controllership experience preferred • 10 or more years in insurance finance and accounting preferred • Master's degree preferable
