📋 Description
• Provide day-to-day support to leadership, employees, and Employee Relations & HR Compliance team • Research, analyze, present and disseminate information • Provide trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, policies • Offer performance management guidance for routine talent issues • Facilitate resolution of employee/supervisor concerns • Assist leaders in identification of aberrant behavior • Conduct exit interviews with employees leaving the company • Monitor and analyze turnover to develop strategies to improve retention
🎯 Requirements
• 5 or more years of applicable experience • High School Diploma or GED (Required) • Previous experience in Employee Relations, HR Generalist, HR Specialist, or HR Compliance • Foreign National Program administrative experience • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing • Deep understanding of employee relations function • Experience with Foreign National Program administration • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities
