Description
• Lead and oversee operations of a healthcare consulting practice • Develop and execute the practice’s business strategy • Serve as a primary point of contact for senior healthcare clients • Drive new business development by identifying growth opportunities • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the consulting practice • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance • Lead a diverse team of consultants and partners • Expand the practice’s client base • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical requirements • Manage risk by overseeing implementation of project management and quality assurance frameworks
Requirements
• 12 or more years of applicable experience • Bachelor's degree required • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field preferred • 15+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership or partner-level role • Proven experience in managing large, complex healthcare consulting engagements across multiple domains • Strong understanding of healthcare policy, regulations, and industry standards • Experience working with diverse healthcare clients • Strong leadership and mentoring skills • Deep understanding of healthcare systems and market trends • Proven track record in business development • Financial acumen and experience managing P&L responsibilities • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
