Let's pave the way for a world where businesses can fully realise their payment potential. • As the Product Operations Manager, you will be the main driver behind improving the operational efficiency of the Product team. Your role is to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day product operations, allowing Product Managers (PMs) to focus more on strategic work. You will drive process improvements, implement tools, and enable cross-functional alignment to scale the product organization effectively.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a product operations, product management, or management consulting role closely aligned with product and engineering teams • Someone who can deal with ambiguity, be scrappy, and has a passion for identifying solutions to complex problems • Someone who is driven by the desire to have an outsized impact • A background working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - startup experience preferred • Someone with the experience to identify opportunities for operational optimization and the skills and determination to execute these at pace • Proficiency in data analysis and BI tools (SQL, Metabase/Tableau/Looker, Excel/GSheets), alongside the experience leveraging them for reporting • Ability to communicate effectively across all functions and levels • Strong project management skills and ability to mobilize cross-functional teams toward a common goal
