📋 Description

• The Principal IT Strategy & Planning Analyst is responsible for executing, continuously improving, and managing the health of the Resource Planning Management, Time Tracking and Communication services. • This position will play a backup role for other IT Strategy & Planning services. • Executes and coordinates complex and broad reaching processes, including data management, reporting, workflow processing, communication of workflow status, and coordinating activities across multiple teams internal and external to IT. • Serves as the point of contact and subject matter expert for assigned services area(s) to support customers of the service. • Partners with stakeholders across the IT organization to gather requirements for improved services and processes. • Leads the implementation of supporting tool and process changes ensuring high level of quality and appropriate communication to stakeholders. • Conducts training for service customers and other stakeholders. • Provides consulting services to advise partners. • Partners closely with the finance team and all IT leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED required • 8 years of work experience in IT, business operations or related field including 3 years of experience in process design and improvement • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship • Excellent written, technical, and verbal communication skills • Ability to analyze data and construct a cohesive story to support observations and recommendations • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build partnerships • Ability to manage work direction and lead, influence, mentor and provide feedback to other within the team • Solves complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information • Ability to translate abstract concepts and problems into comprehensive solutions • Ability to drive innovation and be forward thinking • Anticipates potential objections and influences others to adopt a different point of view • Communicates complex concepts at all levels across the area or department • Established presenter of material adapted to the respective audience • PBM or healthcare industry experience • Project management and/or Scrum Master experience • Strong expertise with Excel • SharePoint experience is a plus • Experience in managing one or more services in the IT Strategy and Planning function
