📋 Description
• We are looking for a Copy Director to join our team. • You are a seasoned professional known for consistently producing high-quality, impactful content. • You not only handle significant projects but also play a pivotal role in guiding the tone and direction of campaigns, often working in tandem with strategy teams. • This is a craft-leadership role, where you will be primarily working to deliver on client requirements independently, while working with leadership to define best practices - in some organizations this would be called a Group Copy Supervisor. • You will report to an Associate Creative Director. • This role is open to remote candidates in the United States or Canada, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern time zone.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, life sciences, or a related field • 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing with a proven track record for effectively managing a high volume of work and the day-to-day needs of an account • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and the ability to navigate complex regulatory challenges. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to agency growth in the pharmaceutical sector. • Communicates with and directs freelancer support, as needed, to deliver high quality work within the agreed upon timelines • Ability to manage high volume of work, and manage freelancer support as needed to deliver client goals
