Description

• A driven and mission-focused Sr. Director, Research and Evaluation to provide strategic leadership • Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions • Collaborate with department heads to ensure strategic alignment of research projects • Manage relationships with relevant partners, vendors and external research colleagues • Oversee research team staff to promote strong interpersonal competencies and a reputation for excellence

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in program assessment or evaluation and research • 7+ years of experience managing a research team • Master's degree in statistics, education, criminology, sociology, or a related field required; Ph.D. preferred • Proficiency in MD Office; SPSS or another statistic program; database proficiency • Expertise in structural equation modeling, diagnostic classification modeling, psychometrics and quantitative methodology ideal • Experience collecting, commissioning, or publishing research • Familiarity with IRB processes, experimental designs, and multi-site data collection processes • Advanced skills in analytics and statistics as they apply to program assessment and modeling • Knowledge of issues relevant to successful criminal justice outcomes preferred • Excellent communication and social skills to interact with partners, vendors, universities, and DOC
