• Procon seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Professional (RMP) to join our consulting team in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. • The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, analyzing, and managing risks across various projects, ensuring successful delivery, compliance, and the protection of company and client interests. • This position requires a professional with a strong background in risk management principles, project controls, and an understanding of the unique risks associated with AEC projects. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and develop strategies that align with our clients’ objectives.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • Risk Management Professional (RMP) Certification (required). • 5+ years of experience in risk management within the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. • Strong understanding of risk management processes, tools, and methodologies, particularly in project-based environments. • Familiarity with industry standards such as PMI-RMP, ISO 31000, or other relevant risk management frameworks. • Proficiency with risk management software and tools (e.g., Primavera Risk Analysis, RiskWatch, or similar). • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage complex projects.
