β’ Proficio is an award-winning managed detection and response (MDR) services provider. β’ We provide 24/7 security monitoring, investigation, alerting and response services to organizations in healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, retail and other industries. β’ The Inside Sales & Marketing Representative works closely with our field sales team to generate leads and social media posts. β’ This role will assist with cybersecurity events and trade shows and help drive overall brand recognition of Proficio through an active social media presence.
β’ Independent thinking is a must for this role! You will be told what to target, but you have to be able to decide how to target. We seek a creative thinker who can find their own solutions to the problems presented in the marketplace. β’ Ability to build and execute strategy is critical to this role. Our sales team will build a cadence and rapport with you for territory development, but they will not hand hold you through that development. Your ability to make commission income will depend on you! β’ Able to take an overall concept and turn it into a concise, executable strategy for marketing and social media presence. We have a full portfolio of marketing materials, but this role needs to determine which of those materials are needed at each point in the sales process. In addition, this role will grow to develop new marketing materials as both our services and the market for our services grows and changes. β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to creatively problem solve; go-getter who can chart a course and follow through on that course!
