Description
• SmartAsset seeks a Sales Manager to drive growth for its Advisor Marketing Platform. • The Sales Manager will report to the Director of Sales and work closely with the VP of Sales. • Execute go-to-market strategies, recruit sales talent, and coach a senior sales team. • Analyze performance data to improve sales effectiveness and understand market trends.
Requirements
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing, training, and scaling a high-performance sales team in a high-growth, client acquisition sales environment. • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals & quotas • Experience and success leading and motivating teams in a remote environment • Demonstrated success in forecasting, setting objectives & goals and analyzing sales performance data to improve sales effectiveness • Expert communicator with the ability to motivate and develop both leaders and individual contributors • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment where you love being in a hands-on role • Skilled in managing and driving KPIs to maximize performance • Experience partnering with sales training on the creation and execution of new hire on-boarding, as well as continuing training and education • Effective at delegation and process management
