• Introduce and place new products with customers • Execute organizational initiatives • Drive sales with strategic customers for long-term growth • Merchandise and stock products at various customer sites • Replenish store freezers from back-room inventory • Improve shelf positioning and increase product display space • Maintain Point-of-Sales materials and ensure proper pricing in stores • Build rapport with store personnel and keep route materials updated
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university • 2+ years relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Knowledge of Spreadsheet, Word Processing, and Sales software • Strong planning, organization, and execution skills • Strong oral and written language skills • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills • Ability to travel 75% of the time • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
