Description

• The Sales Operations Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders and the service line commercial team to ensure to support with relevant systems (for example: Salesforce), business process and tools that will serve to enhance the organization’s performance to facilitate administrative efficiencies and provide comprehensive management reporting and analysis that enable the client relationship and drives sales and growth. • Deliver frequent analysis/reporting on new business • Support Bus Ops and leadership team with understanding win rates, market segments, therapeutic areas & operating results • Development of new systems • Contribute and support SFDC activities, not limited to project work, dashboard and report creation and evaluation of new software solutions to help drive efficiency throughout the sales process • General data administration and managing Operations Inbox ensuring SLA’s are met consistently • Implements stakeholder engagement/communications plan . Deals with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned and the collection and dissemination of relevant information. • Collects and uses feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure effectiveness of stakeholder management . Helps develop and enhance customer and stakeholder relationships. • Undertakes analytical activities and delivers analysis outputs, in accordance with customer needs and conforming to agreed standards. • Provide support to commercial teams on ad hoc related requests, monthly & quarterly business reviews. • Create content as requested by senior leadership in a timely manner , while always ensuring deadlines are achieved.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal , presentational and written communication skills • A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning • Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize workload with attention to detail • Must have the ability to work methodically in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment • Demonstratable ability to apply critical & analytical thinking to problems and tasks • Shows initiative and self-confidence, is adaptable and is able to cope with changing and evolving priorities • Ability to identify and implement process improvements • Proactively participates in skills improvement training and encourages their teams to participate • Maintains an up-to-date awareness of trends, tools, technology, techniques and processes that affect technology within the Life sciences domain • A self-starter and able to work under own initiative • Proven ability of using Microsoft Office products (including Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
