β€’ Administering and optimizing rebate and co-op programs β€’ Managing rebate agreements, processing claims, and ensuring accurate payments β€’ Collaborating with departments to align programs with company goals β€’ Utilizing software to track agreements and improve efficiency

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience β€’ 2-5 years of experience in rebate and co-op management, financial analysis, or related roles β€’ Strong analytical skills, with experience working with large datasets and financial modeling β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, SFDC and rebate management software or similar β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally β€’ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills β€’ Ability to manage multiple rebate programs and meet deadlines β€’ Experience in industries with complex rebate structures β€’ Knowledge of pricing strategies and contract negotiations β€’ Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for rebate reporting
