• Administering and optimizing rebate and co-op programs • Managing rebate agreements, processing claims, and ensuring accurate payments • Collaborating with departments to align programs with company goals • Utilizing software to track agreements and improve efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 2-5 years of experience in rebate and co-op management, financial analysis, or related roles • Strong analytical skills, with experience working with large datasets and financial modeling • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, SFDC and rebate management software or similar • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple rebate programs and meet deadlines • Experience in industries with complex rebate structures • Knowledge of pricing strategies and contract negotiations • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for rebate reporting
