📋 Description
• Identify and engage potential customers to generate high-quality leads. • Schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation efforts. • Maintain accurate records of outreach, engagement, and pipeline activity in HubSpot.
🎯 Requirements
• 2-4 years of experience in a Business Development or Sales role, preferably in a SaaS/ startup environment. • Experience working in the US market - understanding of buyer behavior and sales cycles in North America. • Background in eCommerce or data solutions preferred. • Strong communication skills. • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with minimal management. • Experience using sales engagement tools, AI tools exposure & enablement readiness.
