📋 Description
• Our expectation of the role is that you will become an expert on the Prompt platform in order to provide support and process implementation to the enterprise billing clientele who use Prompt. • You will work with both third-party billing organizations who provide billing services for Prompt clients as well as in-house billing teams. • You play an essential role in driving the overall success of our clients by helping teams implement best practices and find creative solutions to meet their unique needs. • You will take on challenges as needed meeting with clients of all sizes where escalated issues arise, reporting or accounting expertise is required, or various other needs surface.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, OR a professional certification (CPA, CFA, or similar); relevant experience may be considered as a substitute. • Must have 5+ years in the medical billing industry, PT/OT/SLP experience is strongly desired • Must have experience working in or with enterprise sized RCM companies with 100 or more therapists preferably in a success role or RCM leadership role • 2-3 years minimum of RCM leadership experience • Must have a solid understanding of fundamental accounting concepts • Strong technical skills • Highly Proficient in MS Excel • Understanding and learning software is a passion of yours • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills • Ready to embrace a fast-paced environment, with occasional requirements to work beyond standard hours • Prepared to grow quickly into your role and take on greater responsibilities as needed • Able to work independently with minimal direction and oversight
