Description

• As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Prompt you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and retaining top talent to drive our company's success. • Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Partnering with hiring managers and HR to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with Prompt EMR's hiring needs and objectives. • Utilizing various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage qualified candidates. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their staffing requirements and priorities. • Conducting thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage. • Collaborating with HR and hiring managers to develop competitive compensation packages, conducting compensation research, and negotiating offers. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date job postings on relevant platforms, ensuring compliance with company branding and messaging, as well as maintaining accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS). • Proactively sourcing potential candidates via various hiring channels. Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline status.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare or technology industry. • Proven track record of success in sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates through various channels. • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate assessment, interviewing techniques, and offer negotiation. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. • Experience working in a hyper-growth startup environment is a plus.
