Description

β€’ Responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive curriculum for the sales team, specifically focused on sales execution and excellence. β€’ In collaboration with sales leaders, design the curriculum to ensure key learning objectives and training outcomes are achieved. β€’ Work closely with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the curriculum meets their expectations. β€’ Measure the adoption and success of the curriculum through training KPIs and sales feedback.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales and sales enablement functions, preferably in an enterprise SaaS company or emerging technology organization. β€’ Proven ability to understand and communicate the value of complex software solutions in enterprise settings. β€’ Proven track record in designing and executing sales enablement strategies that drive measurable results. β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate concepts to multiple audiences. β€’ Expertise in facilitating training sessions, workshops, and other educational forums. β€’ Experience in designing learning programs, including onboarding curriculums, sales training, and skills development. β€’ Data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. β€’ Strong ability to partner with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority. β€’ Highly Preferred: Experience with sales enablement platforms, LMS, CRM systems, and content management tools. β€’ Familiarity with the latest trends in sales enablement technologies.
