Requirements

• 6+ years of management/leadership experience, with a track record in advanced agile project delivery and consulting expertise. • Excellent listening skills and the ability to lead with empathy. • Ability to lead initiatives around client strategy, engagement, and retention, guiding teams toward exceeding client expectations. • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and account expansion. • Excellent relationship-building skills, with experience managing C-level relationships and providing strategic guidance to senior stakeholders. • Extensive experience in delivery oversight and project management, ensuring successful client outcomes through strong leadership and governance practices. • Deep industry expertise and network in the Technology vertical. • Strong technical acumen, particularly in AI/ML, data & analytics and cloud partner ecosystems (AWS & GCP) with the ability to apply this expertise to solve client challenges. • A passion for innovation and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for clients. • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
