• Serve as a member of the service area team • Sit on local ministry teams to provide analytical support regarding the team's financial performance • Analyze, understand and report on key financial and business trends for the organization • Collect, research and organize financial and operational data to create and report monthly financials, variances and trending analyses • Apply advanced knowledge and skills • Perform difficult and complex tasks • Provides guidance, assistance and training to more junior-level analysts • Support larger and/or more complex service area teams • Use critical thinking skills daily • Have knowledge of accrual based accounting

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting • 5+ years of analytical and business experience • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or another closely related field of study (preferred) • 5+ years of medical group accounting / finance experience (preferred) • 2+ years of healthcare related experience • MS Excel • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) • Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
