Description

β€’ Partner with product owners and tech leads to support IT Infrastructure Software focusing on End User Platform. β€’ Design, integrate and maintain infrastructure solutions, develop corporate platform standards, and solve sophisticated business problems. β€’ Collaborate with teams for defining needs and delivery of robust solutions.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or experience in related fields. β€’ Identify opportunities to provide input to the team with guidance and effectively leverage diverse ideas, experiences, thoughts, and perspectives to the benefit of the organization. β€’ Experience with agile development methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD). β€’ Knowledge of business concepts tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business. β€’ Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges. β€’ Excellent problem solving, communication and collaboration skills. β€’ Applied experience and/or expertise with Infrastructure Fundamentals: Operating Systems Windows / Mac OS - File Permissions, Network Configuration, Services, Process Manipulation. β€’ Experience with Virtual Platform Support (VMware, Omnissa, AVD). β€’ Familiarity with Digital Experience Tools (i.e. Nexthink, Aternity, etc..). β€’ Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows, Mac, and other platforms to minimize downtime and ensure a seamless user experience.
