📋 Description
• Define, align and document client vision and transformation strategies (roadmaps) • Support new business opportunities and project growth within the current project by selling incremental value or defining and developing the next step of client roadmaps • Work closely with Sales and Services Business Development to craft comprehensive account plans and strategies • Plan, direct and lead projects that deploy PTC’s technology solutions to drive value for clients by transforming how they create and service their products • Leads the consulting team in planning, analysis, development and testing of the applications to ensure they meet client expectations. • Investigates the current business processes to identify problems, complexities, non-value-added steps, and inefficiencies that could be improved. • Maps customer processes to the technology through a solid understanding of both PTC’s software capabilities and the designed usage of the software. • Provides ongoing project status to internal and customer cross functional stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree • Minimum of 8 years of experience guiding clients in the design and architecture of their Retail PLM platforms • Availability for a consistently high rate (50%) of overnight travel • Consulting experience in a retail, engineering or manufacturing environment • Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Development processes and methodologies. • FlexPLM knowledge is a plus.
