Description
• Oversee the strategy, design, maintenance and integrity of our People systems and technologies. • Collaborate with the broader People Team leaders, COE’s and cross-functional stakeholders. • Set the People Team Technology roadmap and ensure cross-functional alignment. • Maintain data integrity in systems by regular audits and ensure Sox compliance. • Ensure all HR-related systems stay coordinated with data protection laws.
Requirements
• BS/BA degree and 10+ years Global HRIS experience ideally in the high-tech industry. • 5+ years leading high-performing global people technology teams • Advance experience with administration and configuration of Workday • Proven experience leading the implementation of multiple modules of a global HRIS system (preferably across various platforms including Workday). • Manage system upgrades, patches, and integrations to maintain optimal system performance.
