• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation. • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies. • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and proactive outreach (cold calls/emails/texts etc.) to identify and engage high-caliber candidates. • Enhance our employer brand through recruitment marketing and social media engagement. • Analyze hiring trends and provide data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies. • Take ownership of recruitment initiatives, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. • Prepare and present metrics and other recruiting information to management. • Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting events.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency preferred.) • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation. • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple searches effectively. • Ability to collaborate with business leaders and provide strategic hiring insights. • Exceptional business acumen • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
