Description

• Responsible for leading BCN’s approach to engaging with clients and evangelising Power Platform, SharePoint, AI and associated technology stacks • Collaborate closely with other senior members of the BCN solutioning team and the Business Solutions department • Architect and deliver complex, cross stack solutions • Lead architectural design sessions, develop proof of concepts/pilots, implement projects, and deliver ongoing refinement and enhancements for clients • Accountable for all Presales activities that the Productivity Solutions team engage with • Deliver solution documents outlining clients’ requirements with clear deliverable architectures and effort estimations • Support the BCN definition and communication of Power Platforms’ vision, roadmap and positioning within BCN • Identify client patterns and common requirements for potential BCN product development • Ensure quality of delivered solutions adhere to best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience • At least 5 years of experience in Power Platform, SharePoint and Azure development and deployment • Must hold an active Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Certification (PL-600) • Strong knowledge of Power Platform licensing, principles, practices, and tools, such as ALM, Environment Management, DevOps, Git, etc. • Passionate about creating innovative and impactful solutions for clients • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to motivate and inspire team members • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to the correct level for consumption • Ability to be self-directed, flexible, and tactical • Be a natural technical leader and develop a culture of trusted support and technical growth
