Requirements

• 7+ years of insurance product or underwriting experience within property & casualty (P&C) or accident & health (A&H) insurance product management • 5+ years in progressive management roles, with experience guiding cross-functional teams including actuaries, underwriters, and data scientists • Proven track record of successfully developing and launching profitable insurance products that meet regulatory requirements • Experience with DOI filing processes and navigating complex regulatory landscapes • Expertise in risk assessment and profitability analysis, with a history of optimizing product performance • Bachelor's degree in insurance, actuarial science, mathematics, risk management, economics, finance, accounting, or related field • Insurance licenses or designations such as CPCU, ARM, ASLI, or AU
