• OVERVIEW: Our private label brand on Amazon is a fast-growing, innovative leader in the supplements niche. • We specialize in high-performance, data-driven digital marketing. • We are looking for a highly skilled Direct Response Media Buyer with deep expertise in Facebook Ads. • While Facebook will be your primary focus, you'll also be responsible for scaling campaigns across platforms like TikTok and Google. • If you're a strategic leader who can manage cross-platform campaigns and craft high-converting copy, this is the role for you! • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Facebook Ad Campaign Management: Take the lead in planning, launching, managing, and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns with a sharp focus on ROAS and profitability. • Multi-Platform Media Buying: Oversee and optimize campaigns across other channels such as TikTok, Google, and any emerging platforms. • Direct Response Copywriting: Write high-conversion copy for ads, funnels, landing pages, advertorials, and video sales letters (VSLs). • Strategic Funnel Development: Develop and implement strategies for various sales funnels across platforms. • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage a team of specialists to scale advertising efforts across platforms. • Testing & Optimization: Continuously A/B test creatives, landing pages, and funnels across Facebook and other platforms. • Leadership & Initiative: Set goals, manage budgets, and take responsibility for key performance metrics across all channels. • Budget & ROAS Management: Ensure budget efficiency and track ROAS across all platforms.

Requirements

• Expertise in Facebook Ads: 2+ years of experience managing high-performance Facebook ad campaigns with proven success in achieving and exceeding ROAS targets. • Multi-Platform Experience: Strong working knowledge of media buying on TikTok, Google, and other digital advertising platforms. • Direct Response Copywriting: Proven ability to write compelling copy that converts across different platforms and ad formats. • Funnel Mastery: Deep understanding of funnel creation, CRO, A/B testing, and crafting high-converting advertorials and VSLs. • Data-Driven & Results-Oriented: Proven track record in driving revenue, improving ROAS, and scaling digital campaigns across multiple platforms. • Leadership & Team Management: Experience managing teams and leading cross-platform media buying efforts. • Industry Knowledge: Experience in supplements or telehealth is a plus, though not required. • Self-Starter: Ability to take initiative and drive results with minimal supervision, managing multiple platforms simultaneously. • Pacific Time Zone: Must be willing to work in PST
