Description

• Assist the editorial team in researching and fact-checking content for articles, reports, and other publications. • Help manage the editorial calendar, ensuring deadlines are met for various publications and projects. • Reach out to clean energy technology manufacturers and other key target groups to gather information. • Coordinate special projects, such as special print editions, joint projects with industry partners, or sponsored content initiatives. • Attend events across North America, offering on-site support and assisting with post-event reporting and analysis. • Provide logistical support for industry events, including preparation of presentations, arranging meetings, and maintaining schedules. • Manage pv magazine USA’s social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring trends. • Support the development of marketing materials, including newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional content. • Handle general administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records. • Support other team members as needed, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment. • Work to advance the readership of pv magazine USA and also contribute to pv magazine media group as a whole.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. • Additional coursework or certifications in digital marketing, content creation, or project management are a plus. • 1-2 years of experience in editorial support, content creation, marketing, or related fields. • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, including content scheduling and analytics. • Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, email marketing, and content marketing. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and external stakeholders. • Familiarity with the renewable energy sector or B2B publishing is advantageous but optional. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Basic design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva are a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools. • Fluency in English; other languages will be viewed favorably. • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn on the job. • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
