Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a marketing operations role. • Strong ownership over team metrics and processes. • Ability to measure performance effectively. • Proactive self-starter, hard working, precise, and persistent. • Experience with excel, G-Suite, Hubspot, Salesforce, Slite. • Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, etc. • Fluency in English. • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus. • Analytical thinker and problem solver. • Strong public speaking and writing skills. • Understanding of ICPs and Buyer Personas.
