Requirements

• Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree • Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 3 year(s) of relevant experience • Degree Preferred: Master of Business Administration • Preferred Fields of Study: Accounting, Finance, Risk Management • Demonstrates extensive abilities in Financial Services products and services • Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive risk management strategies • Experience with Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) • Experience with first and second lines of defense teams • Experience in implementing risk management policies and standards • Experience in risk library and control monitoring • Experience in Risk and control automation • Experience in developing GenAI use-cases for Risk and Control Assessment • Experience in conducting business and Tech risk assessments • Extensive knowledge in IT risk assessments • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes • Strong knowledge in payment processing • Proficiency in payment systems and technologies • Proven experience in conducting payment risk assessments • Prior leadership position, leading teams or programs • Demonstrates proven abilities in assessing risk and compliance programs • Leading client discussions and managing client feedback • Project Management responsibilities • Analyzation of large data sets and familiarity with related tools • Business process design, modeling, and automation • Demonstrates success in identifying and addressing client needs
