Description

• Responsible for managing all pre-sales and resource planning activities. • Required to travel in the EU/UK up to 75% of the time during peak sales periods. • Influence prospective customers with onsite support and provide remote executive overviews. • Lead onsite and remote opportunity blitzes/assessments for prospective customers. • Provide mentorship and development for account executives. • Create technical scoping activities. • Rapidly generate analyses such as ROIs, cashflows, and breakeven analyses. • Coordinate completion of RFP/RFQs.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English • Strong ability to influence executives and business owners • Ability to create relationships and gain trusted advisor status rapidly with prospective customers • High business acumen (operations management, CAPEX planning, budgeting, P&L, etc) • Experience with Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Sound judgement and excellent assessment skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Able to successfully manage multiple deadlines and tasks • Knowledge and ability to learn computer-based software required to perform successfully in this position • Ability to manage projects under tight deadlines • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Ability to work in a high paced, high growth environment
