Description

β€’ Develop marketing plan(s) and activities (integrated campaigns, events, webinars) for the Manufacturing Operations team to deliver demand generation goals that are aligned with our strategy and approved by the Director Global Revenue Marketing, Manufacturing Operations β€’ Execute the marketing plans and activities following an established global Marketing / Sales process within the budget allocated β€’ This includes being hands-on as well as collaborating with the Localization team for translations for target markets, events, country-relevant messaging, selection of communication channels and targeting data down to the contact level β€’ Develop specific reports/dashboards for each program β€’ Maintain strong collaborative relationships with all stakeholders β€’ Monitor and enhance plans/activities through weekly review and reporting to the Director Global Revenue Marketing, Manufacturing Operations β€’ Measure, report, and optimize marketing spending for the greatest return β€’ Deliver against agreed-upon objective measures for demand generation of Sales Accepted Opportunities and Pipeline Generation β€’ This includes aggregate measures as well as those by geography.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field β€’ 5+ years experience driving revenue impact through marketing in B2B Enterprise Software β€’ Experience in designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics such as email, paid advertising, events and webinars β€’ Experience in account-based marketing strategy and tactics β€’ Advanced knowledge of digital marketing landscape and emerging technologies and trends especially in the social and mobile space β€’ Proficiency in Google docs, sheets, slides ; knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) and email marketing/marketing automation tools is a plus β€’ Results-oriented β€’ Creative and collaborative β€’ Highly organized with strong attention to detail β€’ Robust written and verbal communication skills β€’ Self-starter with the ability to adapt and multi-task β€’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed organization β€’ Passion for lead generation, with experience driving measurable business results β€’ Flexibility and eagerness to be part of a rapidly growing and evolving tech company β€’ Confident and composed with a calm demeanor β€’ International experience is a plus
