Description

•As a Senior Project Manager you are an integral part of the Customer Experience (CX) team and will focus on the most critical phase of the customer journey with QGenda, ensuring timely implementations. •Your primary objective is to guide the customer through the implementation phase keeping all involved parties informed through constant communication of project status and objectives while ensuring deadlines are met. •You are responsible for establishing a strong foundation that will drive future successes. •Ultimately, your outstanding organizational skills will impress the customer and build extreme confidence from the onset!

Requirements

•Demonstrated excellent Project Management knowledge and experience. •Experience in effectively leading complex implementations from sales handoff to go-live. •Demonstrated experience in managing strategic accounts across multi specialities. •Strong verbal and written communication skills •Excellent organizational and planning skills with attention to detail. •Working knowledge of Google Suite, SalesForce and Project management software. •Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines
