Description

•We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Cloud Consultant to join our team of Google Workspace experts. •This role will play a pivotal part in driving the adoption and success of Google Workspace and related technologies for our clients, with a focus on enhancing productivity, collaboration, and security. •You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the entire lifecycle of their Google Workspace journey, from initial consultation and solution design to deployment, change management, and ongoing support. •You will work closely with delivery teams, ensuring the technical success of the projects you scope through your mentorship of a team of delivery engineers. •This role is for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are passionate about workplace technology, and have a proven track record of success in a client-facing role.

Requirements

•Google Workspace and Ecosystem Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Google Workspace ecosystem, including Google Workspace core products (Gmail, Drive, Docs, etc.), Chrome, ChromeOS, AppSheet, and other related technologies, as well as emerging GenAI technologies. Experience in deploying, administering, and troubleshooting these solutions is essential. •Technical Pre-sales Acumen: Proven experience in a technical pre-sales or consulting role, demonstrating the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business solutions. •Client Engagement and Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and articulate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will be confident, comfortable, and articulate in front of customers, and won't shy away from challenging and influencing decision-makers. •Solution Design and Scoping: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyse client requirements, design tailored solutions, and accurately scope projects for successful delivery. This includes demonstrating attention to detail and healthy negotiation and interpersonal problem-solving skills. •Change Management and Adoption: Experience in driving user adoption and change management initiatives, ensuring clients realise the full value of their Google Workspace investment. •Project Management and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You will possess the ability to work with minimal supervision, a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and leading others to those deadlines. •Self-Motivation and Drive: A proactive and self-directed approach to work, with a self-starter, positive, and competitive attitude. The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively, while demonstrating a willingness to contribute to a great culture, deliver new ideas to the role, and go the extra mile for customer needs.
