Description

• Help grow the customer base by identifying and engaging high-value prospects. • Build relationships, qualify leads, and set up the sales team for success. • Generate and nurture leads to identify new sales opportunities. • Manage a pipeline of interested customers and coordinate next steps with the sales team. • Conduct cold calls, emails, and outreach to generate new opportunities. • Maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce). • Set up meetings or demos for qualified leads. • Collaborate with the sales and demand generation teams to ensure alignment. • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. • Meet key metrics for lead generation and conversion.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Tech. sales or sales development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • Strong communication skills (phone, email) and the ability to build relationships. • Creative problem-solving skills and strong analytical abilities. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). • Team player with the ability to work independently. • Resilience, persistence, and a positive attitude.
