• Seeking a dedicated individual for an ESG role within the organization • Support managing environmental impact, ensuring social responsibility, and maintaining governance standards • Monitor and report ESG performance and develop improvement strategies • Collaborate with various departments to integrate ESG best practices • Identify opportunities for sustainability improvements
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field • 8-12 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, corporate social responsibility (CSR), or related fields • Strong understanding of ESG principles, frameworks, and reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD) • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Certifications related to sustainability, CSR, or ESG (e.g., LEED, GRI, SASB) are a plus
