• Drive innovation in cybersecurity, software development, and big data technology as part of our award-winning IT team. • Play a critical role as part of a global agile team for Bell Canada, Canada’s largest telco, media, and tech company. • Empower our Qmunity and provide a workplace where you can flourish and grow. • Work with the security team to identify vulnerabilities and check if controls are in place. • Find trends and maturity in applications. • Support the Health and Safety team. • Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, internal departments and vendors to manage all assigned scope. • Assess scope to ensure accuracy, identify risk and approve test cases to assigned scope. • Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment between stakeholders. • Continuously monitor and evaluate business processes and systems, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Respond to issues and manage business stakeholder expectations. • Manage a high rate of change within constrained timelines in a very fast-paced environment. • Drive innovation and simplicity - identifying opportunities and drive process improvements, standardization, and enablers to gain efficiencies. • Proactively identify risks and issues impacting project delivery or business operations, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience with Data Analysis using SQL as primary tool • At least 3 years of experience with Data Visualization using Tableau, Excel, Powerpoint, and other data presentation tools • At least 3 years of database knowledge and performing data cleaning, preparation, adhoc queries, report validation, and formatting • Strong communication skills (both oral and written) • Experience with Bell applications and tools • Experience using Jira, Confluence, ServiceDesk, SharePoint, and Web Collaboration tools • Software development experience using Python • Eagerness to learn and experience with process improvements
