📋 Description

• We are seeking experienced freelance recruiters in the fields of engineering, healthcare, and IT to join our team. • As a freelance recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and presenting qualified candidates for various job openings within these industries. • You will work on a commission basis and will be paid a percentage of the direct placement fee for any candidates selected and awarded a position. • Source and screen candidates using various recruiting tools and techniques. • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications. • Present qualified candidates to clients for consideration. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements. • Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process for selected candidates. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our database.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter in the engineering, healthcare, or IT industries • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Knowledge of recruiting best practices and techniques • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools • Excellent negotiation skills and a track record of successful placements

• Freelance recruiters will be paid within 7 days of receiving payment from the client for any successful placements. • Payment will be issued based on a percentage of the direct placement fee for each candidate selected and awarded a position. • All freelance recruiters will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to protect the confidentiality of client and candidate information.
