β€’ PLEASE NOTE: This job is available to people in the Philippines only. β€’ We are looking for a talented, customer service-oriented, and highly tech-savvy individual. β€’ In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service by providing quick and accurate responses to our callers. β€’ You will be responsible for answering client inquiries via phone and assisting the client with their technical concerns. β€’ Hours: This is a full-time position with working hours from 9AM to 5:00 PM EST (9PM to 5AM PH Time). β€’ Pay is $1200 a month (Structure: Payroll is done weekly, $300 per week and will be paid through Wise). β€’ Permanent work-from-home job.

Requirements

β€’ Previous experience in a technical support role or similar position. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. β€’ Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with various technology products, platforms, and software. β€’ Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. β€’ Patience and empathy when dealing with customers and their technical challenges. β€’ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. β€’ Ability to work independently and in a team environment. β€’ Excellent time management and organizational skills. β€’ Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
