Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of specific OR leadership experience β€’ 3+ years of professional experience at a top healthcare consulting firm or in a client-facing role at a workflow-oriented SaaS company β€’ Deep understanding of the surgical domain and related hospital operations β€’ Polished executive presence with the ability to create and present visually appealing slides β€’ Proven track record of developing and maintaining professional relationships β€’ Project management experience in the healthcare setting β€’ Familiarity with EHR systems β€’ Strong technical aptitude and experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and technical teams β€’ Ability to travel up to 25-50% nationwide
