Description

• Yellowstone Local is a veteran owned recruitment, marketing, and tech agency focused on serving residential services and construction sectors. • In our niche we hire all types of skilled trades including Plumbers, HVAC techs, Electricians, as well as office personnel and management. • As a successful Client Success Manager, you’ll use your consultative mindset to leverage Yellowstone Local's technology solution within the industries we serve. • You’ll be instrumental in creating long-lasting partnerships and delivering custom ROI analysis for your client base. • You’ll deliver industry thought leadership while encompassing Yellowstone Local's values. • Develop and execute on-account strategies for accounts while working alongside Sales to deliver positive outcomes for clients. • Ensure clients understand the value Yellowstone Local delivers to their business.

Requirements

• 4+ years in a client success or enterprise sales experience, preferably in a SAAS environment • Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models • Innovative, persuasive, creative, and have a genuine curiosity about their clients’ business • Goal and results-oriented, optimistic, smart, value-added mindset, proactive, and easily adapts to change • Must work well within a team environment
