• 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success Role • Strategic mindsight managing large, multinational accounts • Able to negotiate large, complex renewals • Confident presenting to senior customer executives • Organized, process-driven, customer-focused, articulate, problem solver • Strong technical acumen and analytical skills • SaaS or telecoms experience advantageous • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline desirable
